As many of you know, on Friday Dunstable Bushido launched the first Live Facebook Session with students from all over the country and all in the comfort and safety of their own homes. This was an overwhelming success and so LBD (Lounge Becomes the Dojo) has been working hard over the last 24 hours with people to come up with a weekly training plan for students who wish participate in further Live Sessions next week.
We would like to reiterate to you all that although these Sessions are live, they are still private so it isn't possible for someone to just login and watch people training. Which is why there is a process to how you register for the sessions. Although Friday's actual Live Session was very successful and the feedback has been positive, we did highlight a few snags with regards to the managing side of participants responses etc. We have ironed these creases out improved the process on how this is all done. Making it much easier to register for participants and easier for us to manage the responses.
I have attached all the information that went live this morning on Facebook which shows you how you can register to attend the sessions, what sessions are on and what you need to do. To register for any of the sessions then please click here.
I would like to say a massive thank you to everyone who has shown support and liked, followed or sent photos, video or positive messages to us. In times that we find ourselves in it's reassuring to see that everyone is pulling together and helping one another just like families do. SKI-GB is like a big extended family and where we can we will endeavour to do what we can for the members of the federation. We hope to all come out the other side stronger and united.
A big thank you also to all the people who have helped in the background to push this forward, setting up Live Sessions, offering their services in any way then can, testing, re testing and more testing and all the admin that comes with it - Thanks!
If you have any questions then do not hesitate to contact me. We wish you and your families all the very best wishes - Stay safe and take care of each other.
See you in the Dojo #loungebecomesthedojo
